Actions:

• Permanent group of 1,000,000 signatures.
• Creating partnerships with the “1,000,000“ networking and groups.
• Liason group’s enlarging.
• Social economy legislation development.
• Early on-line (web) warning system about the legislation proposed by the Commission.
• Political monitoring groups, maching with difrent DC (e.g. the EESC Farmers Group is monitoring the Commission’s Agriculture and Rural Development legislation).

Results:

• Resolutions and own initiative opinions for every citizen initiative.

• Supporting EESC opinions with citizens initiatives (see  Cabra de Luna report – 1,000,000 signatures).
• Passing from citizen consultation to citizen initiative.
• suport for the 3rd sector and 3rd sector ’s financial self-supporting.
• Proposals of resolutions or own initiative opinions, where the Commission or the Parliament do not ask EESC’s opinion.
• Creating an anticipative response system for Commission’s proposals, using other instruments: resolutions, own initiative opinions or partner networks.
