Networking level: Liason group’s enlarging. Expected results: Including EESC recommendations in Commission’s and EP’s documents. Disseminating EESC opinions for the NGO’s in national ESC, for the governments and national parliaments. 3rd sector’s members should be validated in the national ESC structure. Today 26.02.2010, Eugen Lucan, member in the European Economic and Social Committee, put up his official candidature for President of the Group III of the European Economic and Social Committee. Following a spontaneous decision, in the Group III plenary, on the 17th of February 2010, I decided to candidate in order to bring a new vision, enthusiasm and a new perspective over participative democracy. I candidate because Art. 11 creates the premises for the civil society to pass from the consultative to the decisional model, when 1,000,000 citizens can propose or change laws. It is a historical moment for the European civil society and, with my decision I wanted to participate to this demarche!
